I am very excited to begin this 4-week journey with you. It is very important that you read this form prior to beginning this program. Please read the form entirely and reach out if you have any questions.
This intensive will require to you to take time and space to be with your experience throughout the program. The practices that are given to you in the program are designed to help strengthen your relationship to Noya Rao and to help facilitate a process of transformation. Please commit to spending 20 minutes a day to these practices at least 3x a week and take time be in your own energy and space for reflection.
It is common that this process will stretch you in ways that can bring up discomfort. Some common experiences include: Unprocessed emotions coming to the surface, difficulty ingesting foods or substances that are not healthy for you, changes in sleep, tiredness and fatigue. These are all normal and are in service to deep healing and aligning to what is in service to your highest good. The tree will often push up material from the unconscious to help you recognize what is blocking you from expressing your highest truth.
INTENSIVE REQUIREMENTS:
-There will be 4 transmissionsthat you will need to complete within a 5 week period. The First transmission is opening you up to be receptive to the healing work by Noya Rao. It is VERY important to do the closing ceremony so you are not remaining open for longer than a week after the program is scheduled to end. If you have any reason to not complete the program within 5 weeks, please reach out to me.
-You will have two Group Integration sessions to attend. These sessions are important for us to be able to track everyone’s experience and ensure that every one is well taken care of during the program. Please commit to making both sessions. If unique circumstances occur and you are not able to attend please reach out to your group leader. If you are someone who has reservations about sharing in the small group, please email about other possible options.
-Please commit to 2-3 hours of practice a week.
-It is recommended during the program to track dreams, spiritual encounters, visions, feelings, physical health, diet, and synchronicities throughout the program. You will be given prompts in the program to support you with tracking.
-EARLY TERMINATION: It is your right to terminate your participation anytime, but it is required of you to inform your guide first so that you can be supported with transitioning out of the program.
-DIET: There are certain foods or substances that can impact your connection to Noya Rao and your healing process. Please refrain from the following for one week prior and two weeks after the program:
-Pork
-Alcohol or Substances, including Cannabis. If you planning on attending a ceremony during the program, please reach out to discuss with organizer.
-Participants report that changes in their diet occur naturally in the program. This is not always the same for everyone. If you notice a sensitivity to certain foods during the program it may be a way of the tree guiding you to shift your diet during the program.
-Try your best to maintain a clean healthy diet throughout the program
-You will be given a copy of dietary restrictions that you are recommended to hold for 5-7 days during the program.
-Please inform organizer of any medications you are planning on taking during the program
