We are a dedicated group of individuals united by a common purpose: to carry forth the mission of Noya Rao. Our collective commitment is to support the evolutionary process of the human collective and to facilitate the realization of humanity's full potential. As trained Noya Rao guides, we possess a deep understanding of and proficiency in working with the energy of the tree, enabling us to help individuals overcome obstacles that hinder their highest expression.

At Noya Rao Collective, we proudly serve as translators of the profound wisdom embodied by Noya Rao—a higher consciousness that takes the form of a tree on Earth. The name Noya Rao, derived from the Shipibo language, translates to "flying tree," encapsulating the essence of our work. We recognize the tremendous significance of this transformative period in human evolution, and we are humbled by the support we receive from beings like Noya Rao, who assist us in accelerating our personal growth and awakening to the interconnectedness of all life.

Through our collective efforts, we have come to understand that helping others step into their highest expression is an integral part of our own journey. Our mission is to propagate the consciousness of Noya Rao on this plane, empowering humanity to reach a state of mastery and consciously co-create a new world. We firmly believe that true mastery begins with healing, and our purpose is to assist individuals in their healing processes. By guiding people to reclaim their wholeness, we enable them to serve the greater human collective and contribute to the well-being of the Earth.

At Noya Rao Collective, we offer a diverse range of transformative services to support those who feel drawn to the wisdom of Noya Rao. Our offerings include energetic transmissions, ceremonial gatherings, individual sessions, and online training courses. About Noya Rao

The Tree of Light and Path of Truth

In the depths of the Amazonian basin in Peru, a remarkable tree called Noya Rao thrives. According to the Mahua Shipibo people, there are only three known Noya Rao trees, making them incredibly rare and sacred. This awe-inspiring tree holds great significance in the Shipibo tradition, with its medicine being used ceremonially for countless centuries. Its name, Noya Rao, translates to "Flying Tree," "Tree of Light," and "Path of Truth," hinting at the profound wisdom and mystery it embodies. To unravel more about this extraordinary tree, we turn to Elio Geusa, the founder and lead-facilitator at AYA Healing Retreats in Pucallpa, Peru.

The captivating tale begins near Iquitos, where Elio shares the story of an indigenous Shipibo tribe residing close to this extraordinary tree. The tribe's chief noticed something astonishing: fish consuming the tree's bark or leaves would soar through the air after their meal. This remarkable observation led to the name Noya Rao, as the tree possessed the power to make beings fly.

While the concept of flying may not be interpreted literally in Western understanding, the Shipibo elders hold a different perspective. They view such stories through the lens of their culture and integrated understanding, not always offering explicit explanations or metaphors to satisfy our curious minds.

Elio reflects on his initial curiosity and the Shipibo elders' response to his questions, recognizing that for the Shipibo people, Noya Rao's significance is deeply woven into their way of life. He shares, "Maybe our mind needs to understand the meaning of it, but for them, they have already integrated the meaning of the stories."

As Elio delves into his personal experiences with the sacred tree during his time among the Shipibo people, he acknowledges witnessing profound transformations in ceremonies. While people may not physically fly, he has observed spiritual flights and encounters with celestial beings during Noya Rao work. Angels, birds, butterflies, and winged beings have graced those working with Noya Rao, confirming the belief of the Shipibo people in the transformative power of the tree. Elio believes that Noya Rao's essence serves as a metaphor for spiritual metamorphosis.

Unlike widely known plant medicines like ayahuasca or Huachuma, Noya Rao remains shrouded in mystery due to its rarity and limited understanding of its properties. To shed light on the transformative aspects of a dieta (a period of focused work with the plant) involving the Tree of Light, Elio elaborates on the profound effects experienced during guided ceremonies or silent retreats at AYA Healing Retreats in Peru.

Elio explains, "Even the masters have such a respect for Noya Rao and call it literally 'the path of the truth'... It really brings us into balance and takes us to the truth within ourselves." Through its medicine, Noya Rao exposes the masks and false identities we create to protect ourselves, guiding us to discover our authentic truth and shedding what no longer serves us. It liberates us, allowing us to embrace purity and freedom in our being.

One unique aspect of Noya Rao is its lack of darkness. Unlike other plant medicines that often plunge individuals into darkness before emerging into the light, Noya Rao seems focused solely on revealing each individual's perfect light. Participants in the journey with Noya Rao frequently encounter angels and experience profound illumination, as the tree's essence guides them towards their purest form.

At AYA Healing Retreats, the maestros and facilitators combine the power of Noya Rao with Ayahuasca ceremonies. Together, these sacred practices offer participants the opportunity to confront their shadows, embrace transformative healing, and emerge with a brighter understanding of their personal truth
